We broaden the narrative about what defines professionalism to enable professionals to feel valued, beautiful, accepted and well-represented. We provide mentorship and personal development for business start-up’s. Our aim is to support growth at all stages of our clients development ranging from those who are new to the industry to those who are established professionals.

Life Coach, Entrepreneur, Global Beauty Strategist, Counsellor, former Makeup Artist, Property Guru, School Governor, Diversity Champion and one of the leading women connecting women to each other.
Eryca is known to many as a leading figure in all the industry’s listed above including, film, entertainment, banking, wealth creation and business. Her network is outstanding and exclusive, her resilience and ability to keep going makes her an inspiration to women. From a young age she has battled bullying, abuse & involved in a horrific car accident leaving her without her hair, and she nearly lost her leg too. Most people would have given up after this amount of pain, not Eryca. She has dedicated most of her adult life to fighting for her seat at the table as black women and to this day, continues to champion women of colour in the business world. When every door was closed she found more to doors to knock on, and will continue to fight until there are opportunities for every women to be the best they can be in their chosen field, irrespective of skin colour.
Eryca’s fierce resilience and caring personality has inspired women of all ages to be the best they can be, and through her coaching, she can help to overcome issues that are holding you back from taking the next step on your journey to be the best version of yourself.
